What goes up must come down. But whether the market is up or down, people will always be buying and selling houses.

If you're considering selling, but are waiting for the market to get better...you don't need to wait.  The market in our area is still fine.  Your home MUST BE PRICED RIGHT and if it is, it WILL SELL.

If you're considering buying...you've got plenty of inventory to choose from right now.  Interest rates are still hovering around 6-6.5%.  I doubt very seriously we'll see them back down below 6.  So no need to wait for everyone else to start looking and put a contract on that house that really suits your needs.

I think you will agree, there isn't anything much more beautiful than a gorgeous sunset or sunrise over the mountains.  If you ever consider making a move, I hope you will seriously consider our beautiful Shenandoah Valley AND you will give me a call to help with your quest for the "perfect" place to call home.
