Chat With Jenny

Everyone is still asking,  "How is the market?"  Well, I must tell you the market is picking up.  The phones are ringing, contracts are coming in, homes are getting SOLD!  In fact, last week in our office we had more than 2 homes have multiple contracts come in on them!  That's great news for all concerned.

Buyers are coming out to look at homes.  If you are considering buying, now is as good of a time as any.  The inventory is still high and most sellers will negotiate their price (somewhat).  Interest rates continue to hover around 5-6% (that's awesome).  So don't wait until later, who knows what later will bring...get out there and find that home you've been looking for at a very reasonable price.

Don't let someone else get that home YOU should have gotten,

but were afraid to try.
