People continue to ask me "How's real estate selling?"  My reply..."I've been slammed!"

Yes, the market is NOT what it was in 2005.  But, homes ARE selling.  It is important Sellers prepare their homes properly before placing them on the market, and price them fairly.  If they are able to practice both of these pieces of advice, their home should sell.

Just in:  Foreclosure activity decreased in 85 percent of the nation’s metropolitan areas in the first half of the year and all top 10 metro areas with the highest foreclosure rates posted decreasing foreclosure activity.
