    I just received an e-mail newsletter from a local lender that states

"mortgage rates for 30-year and 15-year fixed-rate mortgages dropped to their lowest levels in more than two years, Freddie Mac reported November 29. Also, oil prices, after hovering near the $100 range, dipped below $90 a barrel on November 30, on expectations that OPEC will increase output next week. "

    So if you're a buyer and contemplating purchasing a new....now's a great time.  Seller's are fairly negotiable in their prices AND interest rate are great!

   Call today 540-294-2480 if you'd like to set up a time to view that home you've been considering, but were afraid you couldn't afford it.
