Concerned About Your New Assessment?
February 1st, 2009 8:14 AM

Many Augusta County residents are finding their 2009 property taxes being increased dramatically.

Although I do not live in the County, I deal with a number of clients who do and want what's fair for them.  I will be more than happy to help supply you with some information that could be helpful when you go into meet with the Board to get your assessment re-adjusted.  It is my understanding they are less likely to adjust your assessment if you just show up and claim it is unfair.  You will need concrete proof as to "why" it's unfair.  Give me a call, if you would like some help.

Good luck!

I think you will agree, there isn't anything much more beautiful than a gorgeous sunset or sunrise over the mountains.  If you ever consider making a move, I hope you will seriously consider our beautiful Shenandoah Valley AND you will give me a call to help with your quest for the "perfect" place to call home.
